Booking & Preparation Policies


At Creative Captures, we strive to deliver exceptional photography services for your property or project. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please review our booking and preparation policies below:


1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings require a signed contract and a deposit (e.g., 50% of the session fee) to secure your date and time.

• Full payment is due [upon completion]once full payment is received media will be sent.

• Bookings are confirmed only after both the contract and deposit are received.

2. Property Readiness

• The property must be fully prepared (e.g., staged, cleaned, and accessible) by the scheduled session time.

• If the property is not ready (e.g., staging incomplete, renovations ongoing, or access issues), the session may be canceled or rescheduled, and a wasted trip fee of [$100] will apply to cover travel and time.

• We recommend a pre-session checklist (available upon request) to ensure the property meets photography standards.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made [less than 48 hours] before the session will forfeit the deposit.

• If Creative Captures must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment issues), we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Late Arrivals & Delays

• If the client or property representative is late or causes delays (e.g., locked gates, no access), the session time may be reduced or rescheduled, potentially incurring a wasted trip fee.

• Please ensure all parties are on-site and ready at the agreed-upon time.

5. Additional Fees

• Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond [30 miles Washington DC]].
